Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most unused items in original condition.
Return Requirements:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging and accessories must be included
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Return authorization must be obtained before sending items back
Items That Cannot Be Returned:
- Used or damaged equipment
- Items without original packaging
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Opened consumables (arrows, targets, etc.)
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
How to Return an Item
Contact Us
Email us at support@proarcherygear.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return authorization and instructions.
Package Your Item
Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Pack securely to prevent damage during shipping.
Ship Your Return
Ship to our New Jersey address using a trackable shipping method. Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective or we made an error.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect your return.
Refund Timeline:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 3-10 business days after refund is processed
- PayPal: 1-3 business days after refund is processed
- Bank Transfers: 5-10 business days after refund is processed
Shipping Costs:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
- We cover return shipping for defective items or our errors
- For free shipping orders, we deduct the shipping value if the return brings the order below $250
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal value. Contact us at support@proarcherygear.com to request an exchange.
If the exchange item costs more, you'll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.
Exchange shipping is free within the USA. International customers pay shipping costs for the replacement item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at support@proarcherygear.com within 7 days of delivery.
We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Please include photos of the damage or defect in your email.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs to our New Jersey facility
- Any customs fees or import duties
- Shipping insurance (recommended)
Refunds for international returns are issued in USD. Currency conversion fees may apply depending on your financial institution.
