What it means: Your order is currently on hold because payment has not been completed yet. This is a temporary status while we wait for payment confirmation.
Processing
What it means: Payment has been confirmed and your order is being processed. Our family team is preparing your items for shipment with quality checks and discreet packaging.
Completed
What it means: Your order has been processed and handed to the shipping carrier. At this point, you will receive the carrier tracking number and a link to the tracking page.
Cancelled
What it means: Your order has been cancelled because payment was not completed within the 24-hour timeframe. This is an automated process to manage inventory effectively.
