What shipping options do you offer and how much do they cost?

We offer two shipping options for our customers worldwide:

FREE Express Shipping: All orders over $250 automatically qualify for free express shipping worldwide. This is our most popular option.

Standard Shipping:

  • Within USA: $9.99 (5-10 business days)
  • Canada: $14.99 (7-14 business days)
  • Europe: $19.99 (10-20 business days)
  • Rest of World: $24.99 (14-30 business days)

Express Shipping:

  • Within USA: $19.99 (2-5 business days)
  • Canada: $29.99 (3-7 business days)
  • Europe: $39.99 (5-10 business days)
  • Rest of World: $49.99 (7-14 business days)

Note: Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order total. Actual delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.

Do you ship internationally and what should I know about customs?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide from our New Jersey facility. Here's what you need to know:

International Shipping Information:

  • We ship to over 150 countries worldwide
  • All customs forms are completed accurately by our team
  • International orders typically take 10-30 business days depending on destination
  • Express shipping is available for most countries

Customs & Import Duties:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country
  • These fees are not included in your order total or shipping cost
  • Fees vary by country and are typically collected upon delivery
  • We declare the full value of goods on customs forms as required by law

Restricted Countries: Due to export restrictions, we cannot ship to a small number of countries. If your country is restricted, our checkout system will notify you before payment.

How can I track my order and what if my package is delayed?

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information
  • You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website
  • Use our Order Tracking page to check status without logging in
  • International tracking varies by carrier and destination country

If Your Package Is Delayed:

  • Domestic (USA): Allow an extra 2-3 business days beyond estimated delivery
  • International: Allow an extra 5-10 business days beyond estimated delivery
  • Check tracking regularly - updates may be delayed by carrier systems
  • Contact us if tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days

Lost Package Procedure: If your package hasn't arrived 10 days past the estimated delivery date:

  1. Contact us at support@proarcherygear.com with your order number
  2. We'll initiate a trace with the shipping carrier
  3. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll reship your order at no cost

Pro Tip: During peak seasons (holidays, hunting seasons), allow extra time for processing and delivery. We ship orders within 1-2 business days, but carriers may experience delays.

What payment methods do you accept and is my payment secure?

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal
  • Shop Pay: For installment payments (US customers)

Payment Security:

  • We use 256-bit SSL encryption for all transactions
  • We are PCI-DSS compliant (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard)
  • We never store your full credit card details on our servers
  • All payments are processed through secure, certified payment gateways
  • Our checkout system is regularly tested for security vulnerabilities

International Currencies: While we charge in USD, your bank or card issuer will convert the amount to your local currency. The conversion rate and any foreign transaction fees are determined by your financial institution.

Pre-Orders & Backorders: For pre-order items, we only charge your card when the item ships. For backordered items, we'll contact you with an estimated ship date and give you the option to wait or cancel.

Family Business Promise: As a family-owned business, we treat your payment information with the same care we'd want for our own. We've been processing online payments securely since our founding and have never had a security breach.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Order Modifications: We process orders quickly to get your gear to you ASAP. Here's our modification policy:

Important Notes:

  • Include your order number in any modification requests
  • We cannot modify orders that have already shipped
  • Shipping address changes may not be possible after processing begins
  • For address changes after shipping, contact the carrier directly

Order Cancellation Process:

  1. Email us at support@proarcherygear.com with "CANCEL ORDER" in subject
  2. Include your order number and reason for cancellation
  3. If we can cancel, we'll process your refund within 24 hours
  4. Refunds take 3-10 business days to appear in your account

Note: During busy periods (weekends, holidays), our processing time may be faster than usual, reducing the window for modifications.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy and how do I return an item?

Return Policy Summary:

  • Return Window: 30 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags
  • Restocking Fee: None for standard returns
  • Return Shipping: Customer pays return shipping (we cover it for defective items)

Step-by-Step Return Process:

  1. Request Return: Email support@proarcherygear.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Get Approval: We'll respond within 24 hours with return authorization and instructions
  3. Pack Item: Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
  4. Ship Back: Use a trackable shipping method to our New Jersey address
  5. Get Refund: Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days

What Can Be Returned:

  • Unused equipment in original condition
  • Items with manufacturing defects
  • Wrong items sent (our error)
  • Damaged during shipping (file claim with carrier)

What Cannot Be Returned:

  • Used or damaged equipment
  • Items without original packaging
  • Personalized/customized items
  • Opened consumables (arrows, targets, etc.)
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago

International Returns: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable service with insurance.

Family Business Tip: As archers ourselves, we understand that sometimes gear doesn't work out. If you're unsure about a product, email us before purchasing! We're happy to provide recommendations based on your experience level and needs.

How long do refunds take and will I get my shipping costs back?

Refund Processing Timeline:

Shipping Cost Refunds:

  • Original Shipping: Not refunded unless we made an error with your order
  • Return Shipping: You pay unless item is defective or we sent wrong item
  • Free Shipping Orders: If you qualified for free shipping and return part of your order, we deduct the value of the free shipping from your refund if the remaining items no longer qualify for free shipping

Refund Methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to original card (3-10 business days)
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account (immediate to 24 hours)
  • Gift Cards: Refunded as store credit (immediate)
  • International Cards: May take additional 2-3 business days due to currency conversion

Partial Returns: If you return part of a multi-item order, your refund will be proportional. The shipping cost will be allocated based on item value.

Store Credit Option: If you prefer, we can issue store credit instead of a refund. Store credit:

  • Is issued immediately upon return approval
  • Never expires
  • Can be used for future purchases
  • May include a bonus 5% for choosing this option (promotional)

Note: During holiday periods, refund processing may take 1-2 additional business days due to higher volume.

Warranties vary by manufacturer and product type. Here's a general guide:

  4. You ship the item to us (we provide a prepaid label for valid claims)
  5. We process the warranty replacement and ship you a new item

Our Added Protection: Beyond manufacturer warranties, if you have any issue with a product within the first 90 days, contact us directly. As a family business, we stand behind everything we sell and will work to make it right, even if we have to go beyond the manufacturer's warranty.
